Every junction is mated, not inferred
Parts are checked against the part they will actually touch.
If skippedTwo parts are each within tolerance and still do not meet, because tolerances accumulate in the same direction.
A trading company cannot assemble your job before shipping, because the parts are not in his building. This is the one claim on this site that our competitors structurally cannot make.
Run in 304 or 316L in our own factory in Foshan — cutting, forming, welding and finishing are all done in-house.
Everything else on this site could, in principle, be arranged by a middleman with good suppliers. This step cannot, because it needs the parts to be in your own building.
The whole job is laid out on our floor and bolted together, in the same order your crew will fit it on site. Not a sample corner — the job.
Hole patterns are proved with real mating parts. Seam widths are measured where two panels actually meet. Anything that does not close is re-made now, while the parts are still in our building and the finish is still ours to redo.
Zero site cuts is not a boast about our machines. It is the direct consequence of this step.
| Field | Why it exists |
|---|---|
| Part numbers as assembled | The number on the sheet is the number on the crate and on the drawing. |
| Junction check per elevation | Each junction is ticked, not assumed from a neighbouring one. |
| Rework list | What failed and was re-made — with the date, so nobody claims it did not happen. |
| Photographs | Wide, node, and the junction that was in dispute. |
| Install sequence | The order the crew will fit, agreed before packing. |
| Signature and date | One name. The same name that answers when something is wrong. |

A part that does not close is re-cut in Foshan, with our finish and our cost.
If skippedIt is fixed on site with a shim, a sealant bead or a ream — and the finish at that edge is destroyed.
The crew's sequence is known when cartons are numbered, so the order is physical, not a suggestion.
If skippedCartons are numbered by production order, which is almost never the install order.
The photograph this site is missing most.

Every step below ends with a record. Ask for a specimen of it before you place an order — the answer tells you more than any brochure.
