Quality records:
six documents,
not a certificate on a wall

ISO 9001 certifies that we have a process. It does not certify that your panel is flat. These six documents are the ones that say something about your parts.

Everything described here happens in our own factory in Foshan, working 304 and 316L stainless steel.

What we do not claim

  • ×
We do not claim a certificate for your toleranceISO 9001 certifies our process, not the flatness of your panel. The first-part check does that.
  • ×
We do not claim a defect-free jobWe claim that defects are recorded, re-made, and paid for by us when the cause is ours.
  • ×
We do not claim third-party inspection unless you appoint oneYou are welcome to appoint an inspector. We will give them the records and the floor.
  • ×
We do not hide the reject logParts we scrap are counted and the reason is written down. It is the only record that tells you something real.

Why the reject log is the useful one

Any factory can show you a pass rate. The number that tells you whether a factory is honest is the reject log: how many parts were scrapped, and why, and whether the reason is written in a way that could ever be checked.

Ours is per job, and it is available to you on request. It is not flattering. It is the only record that shows the work actually being inspected rather than assumed.

A factory visit answers more in two hours than this section can in ten pages. If you cannot travel, ask for the documents and we will send specimens.
