This page in one line

We collect what you type into the inquiry form and what the server logs when you load a page. We use it to answer you. We do not sell it, and we do not run advertising trackers.

Last updated: October 2026. If this page changes, the date above changes with it.

What we collect

Two kinds of data, and only two.

What you send us. From the inquiry form: name, email, phone, company, country of installation, destination, kind of job, quantity or area, and the text you write in the details field. We also record the page you sent it from, so we know what you were reading.

What the server records. Like every web server, ours writes a line for each request: your IP address, the time, the page requested, the browser name. These lines are used to keep the site running and to spot abuse.

We do not ask for, and do not want, card numbers, passport copies or login details through this website.

Why we hold it

To answer your inquiry, to quote a job, and to keep a record of what was agreed. Nothing else.

If you become a customer, your company details move into our order system because an invoice needs them. That is a separate record with its own retention period.

Cookies and third parties

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no advertising pixel, no retargeting tag and no session cookie.

Two third parties are involved in loading a page:

  • Google Fonts — the typefaces are served from Google, which sees your IP address. If you would rather not, block fonts.googleapis.com and the site will fall back to a system font.
  • Our own CRM — the inquiry form posts to a gateway on our own domain, which forwards the message to our customer system. No third-party form service is involved.

We do not currently run Google Analytics or any other traffic analytics. If that changes, this paragraph will change first.

Who else sees it

Our own staff, on a need-to-know basis: the sales engineer handling your inquiry, the detailer working on it, and management.

Outside the company, three cases only: our email provider, our freight forwarder once you are a customer, and a bank if a payment requires it. We do not sell, rent or trade contact data.

If a legal authority requires a record, we will provide it and, where we are allowed to, tell you.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become orders: up to three years, so that a project that comes back next season is recognised.

Orders: as long as tax and contract law requires, which in China is ten years for accounting records.

Server logs: 90 days, then deleted.

What you can ask us to do

Write to stone@bogeqi.com and ask. Four things, all free:

  • Send me what you hold. We reply within 30 days with the record.
  • Correct it. If a field is wrong, we fix it and confirm.
  • Delete it. We delete what is not required for an active order or a legal record, and tell you what had to stay and why.
  • Stop writing to me. One line is enough. We keep a single record of the request so we do not contact you again by mistake.

How it is held

The inquiry gateway runs on our own server over HTTPS. Access to the customer system is by named account, not a shared login.

No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you directly rather than put it in a banner.

Children

This site sells to businesses. It is not aimed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
