Equipment list,

A machine list without a limits column is advertising. Every machine below says what it can do and what it cannot, because the second column is the one that decides your date.

Everything described here happens in our own factory in Foshan, working 304 and 316L stainless steel.

Equipment, and the limit each one sets

A machine list is only useful if it says what the machine cannot do. Both columns are below.

MachineWhat it doesCapacityThe limit it puts on your job
Laser cutterLarge formatOutlines and apertures in sheet1500 × 4000 mmNo panel longer than 4,000 mm in one piece
Laser cutterSmall formatPatterns, small parts, dense apertures1 mm aperture toleranceVery dense patterns take cutting time, not skill — quoted per job
Press brakesFive, in sequenceReturns, folds, channelsMax 4,000 mm formed lengthA 6 m return has to be a made joint, not a fold
V-groove stationsFourSharp outside corners on thick panelUp to 3.0 mmBelow 0.8 mm the groove is unreliable; we will not promise a sharp corner
TIG stationsTwentyArchitectural welding of stainless0.8–3.0 mm sheetNot structural welding; no certification to structural codes
PVD lineColour coating by vacuum deposition55 colours · ΔE ≤ 1.5One batch per colour — the line's schedule can set your date
Polishing bayMirror and satin finishingMirror, no orange peelMirror shows every defect; parts are quoted with extra dressing time
Shot blastingPre-finish surface preparationPer partNot for thin panels; distortion risk above 1.5 m²

Where the real bottleneck is

The PVD line, not the lasers

Cutting capacity is elastic — we can add a shift. Plating runs one batch per colour and cannot be halved to save a day.

If skippedA date is promised against cutting, then missed at plating, and the whole shipment moves by a week.

Drawing hours, not machine hours

A complex job is limited by how many detailers can work on it, which is why step one is where we quote honestly.

If skippedA date is quoted as if the job were simple, and the delay happens in the office where nobody is watching.

Trial-fit space, not welding stations

Twenty stations can weld faster than the floor can lay out and prove a job.

If skippedThe last step becomes the longest, because there is nowhere to put the job down.

A factory visit answers more in two hours than this section can in ten pages. If you cannot travel, ask for the documents and we will send specimens.
