Fixtures for retail stores:
the same part,
thirty times

A roll-out fails on the differences, not on the design. Unit one and unit thirty have to be the same object, in the same colour, arriving in the order the store will be fitted.

Fabricated in 304 or 316L in our own factory in Foshan, then trial-assembled before packing.

What a store fit-out needs

Retail is the opposite problem to a lobby: the parts repeat. Repetition is easy to make and hard to make identical.

How a roll-out runs

The whole job is built once, then repeated. The template is the product; the units are copies of it.

Packing

Carton per zone, drawing in every carton

Jigs are the difference between a roll-out and thirty handmade objects. Without a welding jig, unit nineteen is 4 mm wider than unit one, and nobody notices until they stand side by side in the same store.

What goes wrong in retail

One colour batch for the whole order

All units are plated in a single PVD run, even if it means waiting for capacity.

If skippedTwo batches, two tints, and the store's own lighting puts them next to each other on the same wall.

Packed by store, then by zone

Cartons are labelled to store and to install zone, with a location drawing inside.

If skippedA five-store roll-out opens on four dates because one store's crates were loaded last.

Weld dressing is part of the price

Every visible weld is dressed and finished before plating. It is not an extra.

If skippedFiller shows through a mirror finish as a grey ghost, and it cannot be polished out after plating.
