A portfolio shows the parts that worked. A case file shows the scope, the schedule, the junction that was argued about, and the delay we caused.

What makes a file publishable
The numbers can be checked
Scope, schedule and site cuts are taken from the job folder, not from memory.
If skippedA wrong figure on a case page is a factual error, and buyers check the arithmetic.
The mistakes are in it
Every file includes the part where we got it wrong, the delay it caused, and who paid.
If skippedA record with no mistakes reads like marketing, and experienced buyers stop believing all of it.
