Six kinds of job,
and what each one really costs you

Every page below answers the same four questions in the same order, so you can compare them against another supplier without translating anything.

What all six have in common

The differences between these jobs are real, but the four things that decide whether a job goes well are the same in every one.

The drawing is the contract

We price and build from an approved shop drawing, not from a photograph or a mood board. Everyone argues about the same sheet.

If skippedTwo people hold two different ideas of the same room, and the difference is discovered after the crates are open.

One trial assembly, before packing

Every job is laid out and bolted together once on our floor. Hole patterns and seam widths are proved with real parts.

If skippedThe first time two parts meet is on your scaffold, with no time left to re-make either of them.

Numbered to the install sequence

Cartons follow the order your crew will fit them, with a location drawing inside each one.

If skippedOne missing piece stops a whole elevation, and the crew spends a day opening containers to find out.

One name on the answer

You get the engineer who read your drawing, not a mailbox. If something is wrong, that person answers.

If skippedQuestions loop through a sales inbox for three days while the schedule keeps running.

Three we can show

Most of our work is under a confidentiality clause. These three allowed us to publish the work; two of them allowed the client name as well.

We do not publish a price per square metre, and we do not publish a catalogue. Both exist for products that are the same every time; this work is not. What we publish instead is the range of sizes we have actually built and the four promises on the process page.

Most jobs are two of these at once — a lobby with fixed furniture and a lift front. Send what you have and we will tell you where the lines fall.
