Send the drawing.
We make the parts.
Nothing is cut on site.

A factory in Foshan, not a trading company. Our fourteen engineers read your drawing and tell you what will not work — before you pay.

Then we cut, bend, weld and finish every part ourselves. Each part is assembled once on our floor, numbered, and packed in the order your crew will fit it.

How a job runs

D is the number of days after we receive the drawing. Every step ends with a document you can check — nothing moves on without it, which is why nothing gets discovered on site.

Step six is what separates a factory from a trading company. A trader cannot assemble your job before shipping, because the parts are not in his building. That is why we can promise no cutting on site.

Every step in detail

03

Why it fits the first time

Four things we do that most suppliers skip — and what goes wrong on site when they are skipped.

We put it together once before we pack it

Every panel, surround and screen is assembled flat on our floor, with its neighbours, before packing. Hole patterns are proven, not assumed.

If skippedHoles land 3 mm off on site, someone reams them out, the coating breaks at the edge, and that edge rusts inside two years.

We measure your site, then correct our drawing

Before cutting, we take the site's real dimensions — not the architectural nominal — and re-issue the shop drawing against them.

If skippedA wall 20 mm out of plumb turns a designed 5 mm shadow gap into a 25 mm trench nobody planned for.

Cut to ±1 mm, flat to 1.2 mm per metre

Patterns and apertures held to a tenth of a millimetre, flatness checked on a straight edge for every batch, not just the first.

If skippedMirror-finish panels telegraph every wave in the sheet, and the ceiling lights read as a smear instead of a line.

Packed in the order you will install it

Cartons are numbered to the install sequence with a drawing inside each one, corners guarded, faces interleaved.

If skippedThe crew opens three containers to find one piece, drags panels across a finished floor, and the last week of the schedule disappears.

A real job, written up honestly

One job, start to finish — including the part where we got it wrong.

A 1,840 m² hotel lobby, fourteen columns that were all different, and no cutting on site

FIG. 04.2A hammered tub, welded and checked on the shop floor
Mirror-polished column casings along a corridor
FIG. 04.3The same casings seen from the corridor side
Survey
Site measured before release. Deviation on the fourteen columns ranged from 4 mm to 38 mm — the drawing assumed they were identical.
Response
Column casings modelled individually from the survey. No common part, no shimming allowance hidden in the joint.
Mock-up
First three casings trial-fitted in the plant and came out 6 mm over on the seam (FIG. 04.3). We scrapped them and re-cut.
Delay
+9 days on the schedule. Reported to the client the same afternoon, with the cause and the new date.
Delivery
Pre-assembled, numbered per column, packed in four containers in install sequence with a location drawing in every carton.
On site
Zero field cuts. One replacement piece shipped — a survey error on our side, freight covered by us.

Every file carries the same four photographs: wide view, node at 1:5, trial fit, and the junction everyone argues about. A file without photographs is not a case file — it is a claim. All case files

Any trading company can repeat that list. What they cannot offer is sections 01 to 04 — an engineer with a name who answers your questions, a floor where your job is assembled before shipping, and a person who signs the bill when something is wrong. That is what you are buying.

Work we say no to

Six things we refuse, because each one ends as a problem on site — and the blame always lands on the factory.

  • ×
No drawings, pick from a catalogueWe cannot hold a tolerance against a picture.
  • ×
Price per square metre, no joint detailsWhoever quotes lowest wins, then the joints fail.
  • ×
Twenty-day schedule with PVDThe plating line runs one batch; we will not split it to save days.
