Cartons follow the install sequence
Numbering is driven by the trial-fit sheet, not by the production list.
If skippedThe crew opens three containers to find one piece, and drags panels across a finished floor to reach it.
Crates packed by production order arrive in the order the parts were made. Crates packed by install sequence arrive in the order your crew will fit them.
Run in 304 or 316L in our own factory in Foshan — cutting, forming, welding and finishing are all done in-house.

How a crate is packed decides how long the last week of your programme takes. It is not a shipping detail.
Panels that are packed by production order arrive in the order they were made. Panels packed by install sequence arrive in the order they will be fitted. The difference on site is measured in days.

Faces are interleaved and the outward face is marked on the crate.
If skippedTwo mirror panels rub against each other in transit and both are scrap on arrival.
The location drawing is in the carton, not in an email nobody opened on site.
If skippedA part sits in a corridor for two days because nobody can identify it.

Every step below ends with a record. Ask for a specimen of it before you place an order — the answer tells you more than any brochure.
