Stainless finishes:
a surface geometry,
not a colour

Every finish is a shape at a very small scale, and that shape decides what the panel shows you in a particular room under a particular light.

Grades quoted are 304 and 316L; other grades are sourced to order and named in the quote. Cut and finished in our own factory in Foshan.

Fifteen finishes, and what each reveals

A finish is not a colour. It is a surface geometry, and the geometry decides what the panel shows you.

FinishWhat it isWhat it revealsWhere not to use it
Brushed / satinDirectional abrasive grainA linear grain in one directionGrain direction mismatches, if panels are rotatedNowhere — most forgiving finish we make
Mirror / No.8Polished to a mirrorFully reflective, no grainEvery departure from flat, every weld, every fingerprintHigh-touch surfaces without a cleaning regime
Vibration / non-directionalRandom grainAn even, non-directional textureAlmost nothing — hides small scratchesWhere a precise reflection is wanted

How we hold a finish across a job

Brush direction is drawn, not decided on site

Direction is set per elevation on the shop drawing and recorded.

If skippedA replacement panel brushed across the run reads as a patch under directional light.

Colour is one batch, proved under your lamp

ΔE read against the approved sample, with the lamp recorded.

If skippedTwo elevations of the same room are visibly different and nobody can prove which is wrong.

Nothing is finished before welding is dressed

Dressing and inspection happen before the part sees the finishing bay.

If skippedFiller shows as a ghost line under a mirror finish, and it cannot be polished out afterwards.

A finish complaint is almost always a batch or direction question. Both are recorded before the parts leave, which is the only way to settle it in a day rather than a month.

The material is the easy part.
Send the drawing and
we will talk about the joints.

Grade and finish are a specification. Whether two panels meet cleanly, in one colour, with no cutting on site, is the job.
