What is in our factory
and what is not
Claims about capability are easy to write and hard to check. This section is written so that every line is either a thing you can walk around or a document you can request.
Everything described here happens in our own factory in Foshan, working 304 and 316L stainless steel.

Four things you can inspect
Everything on this page is either a thing you can walk around or a document you can ask for.

The honest scale
| Item | Figure | What it means in practice |
|---|---|---|
| Floor area | 8,000 m² | Enough to lay out a full lobby job for trial assembly without stopping production. |
| People | ~120 | Of which 14 are engineers and detailers, and 20 are TIG welders. |
| Lasers | 2 | A large-format bed and a smaller one for patterns and small parts. |
| Press brakes | 5 | Max formed length 4,000 mm, which is also the max panel length we will quote. |
| TIG stations | 20 | Architectural welding only, not structural fabrication. |
| Finishing | Brush · mirror · PVD · powder | PVD is the constraint: one batch per colour, and the line sets the date. |
| Certification | ISO 9001 | Process certification. It does not certify a tolerance on your job — the records do. |
We have not put a number on capacity. Tonnes per month is a number for a commodity mill. For this work the limit is drawing hours and welding hours, and both are quoted per job.

yourself.
Two hours on the floor answers more than ten documents about it. Tell us the week you are in Guangdong and we will hold the time.
